Once you sit down with our design consultant and sign our contract — we can get the ball rolling!
Within four days of meeting with our design consultant, you’ll receive a welcome call from us…
Welcome To The Fam
Welcome to the Bathroom Pros family!
In our welcome call to you, we’ll express our happiness that you’ve joined the Bathroom Pros family and our excitement for the project ahead. We’ll also make sure to get your communication preferences down pat.
Text, email, phone… We’re down for whatever kind of communication method you like. Frequency is also something we leave up to you. Do you want us to update you every step of the way? Or, would you rather only be notified of significant updates? We know that there are all kinds of communicators and we want our communication to be on YOUR individual wavelength.
Ordering Materials
Time to contact our manufacturer — Bath Planet — and give them a detailed order. This is usually the phase of a remodeling project where your remodeler drops off the face of the Earth. Don’t worry! You won’t ever have to tolerate radio silence from us.
On the contrary.
Since we know that waiting for materials is probably the most tedious and teeth-grinding part of the remodeling process — we make sure to update you OFTEN. Not ad nauseum, of course. But enough to keep you in the loop and let you know that we most certainly DID NOT forget about you.
Installation Day
Notice that we said “installation day” — and not “installation week”. Depending on how many bells and whistles your bathroom remodeling project includes — it’s extremely likely that we can remodel your bathroom from start to finish in as little as ONE day.
Yup. You heard right. Our process is so streamlined, and our installers are so adept at what they do that we have figured out a way to work with speed, efficiency and precision.
